Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the badhop.co.uk website and the purchase process. They're separate from the End-User Licence Agreement that governs use of the BadHop application itself, which is shown in full inside the application and at the point of purchase.

Who we are

BadHop is developed and sold by Frazer Stockton, operating as a sole trader based in Scotland, United Kingdom.

Using this website

This site is provided to inform you about BadHop and to let you purchase a licence. You may browse and use it for that purpose. You may not scrape, copy, or republish its content, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

Purchases

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. When you buy a licence, you are entering into a purchase agreement with Lemon Squeezy for that transaction, and a licence agreement with Frazer Stockton for use of the software (the EULA). Lemon Squeezy's own Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to the transaction itself.

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of viewing and may change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Software licence

Use of the BadHop application is governed separately by its End-User Licence Agreement, which covers trial licences, personal and business licensing terms, updates, and support. That agreement is shown in full within the application and takes precedence over this page for anything relating to the software itself.

Disclaimer

This website and its content are provided "as is". We've made reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or complete at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute relating to them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, consistent with the BadHop End-User Licence Agreement.
